Physical damage coverage and statuatory limits of liability are provided by the rental dealer for any trailer/pop-up.

The renter agrees to pay and be responsible for any and all damage to the rented trailer/pop-up that is caused directly or indirectly from its towing with his personal vehicle.  Renter agrees and understands that all damage caused to the towed vehicle and its cargo is the responsibility and at the expense of the renter.  Renter also agrees any damage which occurs to his personal vehicle from the towed unit is the responsibility and at the expense of the renter. 

Renter understands a break controller is not supplied by the rental dealer and either must be personnnally supplied or renter will be responsible for any damages which may occur to renter's vehicle or the trailer/pop-up due to the absence of a brake controller.
