| Towing is ONLY allowed when the renter provides
insurance coverage on the motor home through their own auto insurance
carrier AND pays an additionalll $25 per day. A written insurance binder MUST be provided from the personal auto carrier and tow payment MUST be received before hitch pin will be removed from motor home. If renter purchases a Physical Damage Waiver (PDW) from Neff Brothers RV, there is NO TOWING allowed. See Insurance Page for more details on PDW.
Renter must have at least statutory limits of insurance coverage on both the rented motor home and the towed boat, car, trailer or other vehicle -- including liability, collision and comprehensive. Renter understands that there is no insurance coverage provided by the rental dealer -- at all -- while towing. Renter agrees to pay and be responsible for any and all damage to the rental motor home that is caused directly or indirectly from the towing of any boat, car, trailer or any other vehicle by this rented motor home. Renter understands that all damage caused to the towed vehicle and its cargo is his/her sole responsibility and at his/her expense. |
