| 1. There will be no smoking at any time while anywhere inside a Neff
Brothers recreational vehicle (RV). A minimum fine of $500 per unit will be
deducted from your security deposit if evidence of smoking is found on board
the trailer/pop-up. 2. There will be no pets allowed at any time inside a Neff Brothers RV unless a guide dog. A minimum fine of $500 per unit will be deducted from your security deposit if evidence of any pets is found on board the motor home. 3. The $100 prep fee includes pre- and post-cleaning (interior and exterior), walk-thru tutorial, set-up tutorial in hooking up your vehicle to the trailer, 4-pack of toilet paper and chemicals, holding tanks being dumped (if applicable), water refill and the service of refilling the propane (if applicable). Propane is billed at $4.59 per gallon. These fees will be charged back to you and deducted from your security deposit. 4. Trailer/pop-up must be returned clean and in the same physical manner it left. If RV is returned in unsatisfactory condition per Neff Brothers discretion, the unit will be cleaned/deodorized/ionized at an hourly rate of $85. A minimum cleaning charge of one hour will be billed to the renter. This fee will be deducted from your security deposit. 5. Any rental of three nights or less during the peak season (May 15-September 15), may be subject to a change in floorplan. At any point in which a change in the original floorplan is made, a Neff Brothers staff member will immediately contact you. 6. The ability of Neff Brothers RV to provide a trailer, if reserved, is contingent upon and subject to its return by the previous renter and other causes beyond control of Neff Brothers RV. 7. Any damage done to the tires will result in renter incurring all costs (tire, repair, towing, etc.). The insurance included will NOT pay for "loss" caused by or resulting from any of the following, unless caused by other "loss" that is covered by this insurance: blowouts, punctures or other road damage. 8. Insurance is included in the price of our rentals. Deductible is $250. We process all claims. 9. Additional drivers added to the contract will cost $10 per driver. 10. Any invoice billed to you after your rental should be returned with payment in full within 15 days of the billing date. If payment is NOT received within that time frame, the amount will be processed on the credit card we have on file. |
