| 1. There will be no smoking at any time while anywhere inside a Neff
Brothers recreational vehicle (RV). A minimum fine of $500 per unit will be
deducted from your security deposit if evidence of smoking is found on board
the motor home. 2. There will be no pets allowed at any time inside a Neff Brothers RV unless a guide dog. A minimum fine of $500 per unit will be deducted from your security deposit if evidence of any pets is found on board the motor home. 3. You will be additionally charged $4 per hour for generator use, after your FREE hours. It will be deducted from your security deposit. Tampering with generator hour meter will result in a minimum $250 fine per unit. 4. Upon return of the unit, fuel tank must be completely filled. Gas models must be filled with 89 Octane. You may opt to have Neff Brothers do this service for a $30 fee. Fuel is billed at the daily cost. Propane is included in the cost of the rental during the months of May September. During all other months, LPG is billed at $4.59 per gallon. This fee will be charged back to you and deducted from your security deposit. 5. Motor coach must be returned clean and in the same physical manner it left. If RV is returned in unsatisfactory condition per Neff Brothers discretion, the unit will be cleaned/deodorized/ionized at an hourly rate of $85. A minimum cleaning charge of one hour will be billed to the renter. This fee will be deducted from your security deposit. 6. Any rental of three nights or less during the peak season (May 15-September 15), may be subject to a change in motor home floorplan. At any point in which a change in the original floorplan is made, a Neff Brothers staff member will immediately contact you. 7. The ability of Neff Brothers RV to provide a motor home, if reserved, is contingent upon and subject to its return by the previous renter and other causes beyond control of Neff Brothers RV. 8. Any damage done to the tires or windshield will result in renter incurring all costs (tire, repair, towing, etc). Tire and glass damage waivers may be purchased for $7.50 (Class "C") or $15 (Class "A") per day, respectively. With the purchase of the waiver, you would only be held financially responsible for the first $75 worth of damage incurred to a winshield and/or tire per occurence. The Physical Damage Waiver (PDW) does not cover the windshield and tires. 9. Insurance is NOT included in the price of our rentals. You must provide a rider from your own auto insurance company. If your insurance carrier does NOT cover motor home rentals, you may accept to purchase a Physical Damage Waiver for $25 per day, which would hold you responsible for up to $1000 per occurrence. If you do neither of the above mentioned, you will NOT be able to take the motor home and leave the NBRV facility. In the event of a liability issue, your personal auto insurance will be in affect. 10. Any invoice billed to you after your rental should be returned with payment in full within 15 days of the billing date. If payment is NOT received within that time frame, the amount will be processed on the credit card we have on file. |
