Security Deposits for Reserving a RV -- Payment Options
To book a reservation with Neff Brothers for any RV, a refundable security deposit must be posted. Neff Brothers will not "HOLD" a reservation without a posted security deposit in terms of cash, certified funds, money order, Mastercard, Visa, Discover or personal check (with valid credit card on file).

If you put the security deposit on a credit card, the card is run for the entire amount at that time.

Security Deposits are as follows: $250 for pop-ups; $500 for trailers; $1000 for Class "C" motor homes; and $1000 for Class "A" motor homes. For the $1000 deposits, $500 MUST be posted at time of reservation and $500 is due at departure.

What may be deducted from your security deposit upon return: additional mileage, fuel cost, propane cost, refill service charge, excessive cleaning charge, late charge, damage to unit, insurance deductible.

Security deposits are refunded every Friday. If there is damage, it may take up to three weeks to receive your refund, pending the time it takes for a damage cost estimate to be quoted.

See our cancellation policy for more details on forfeiting a security deposit.
