MOTOR HOME RENTERS: Insurance is NOT included in the price of a motor home rental. A written binder from the renter's own auto insurance company must be presented, which states the motor home is covered during the rental period. If the renter's personal insurance deductible is more than the security deposit on the coach, the difference must be supplied before departure. Renter may not leave the premises of Neff Brothers RV with a rental unit until an insurance binder is supplied.
If the renter's auto carrier does not provide coverage on motor home rentals, renter may purchase a Physical Damage Waiver (PDW) from Neff Brothers RV. For $25 per day, renter may purchase a PDW which holds him responsible for the first $1000 of physical damage per occurence. PDW is Neff Brothers RV waiver of renter's responsibillity, it is not insurance. This waiver does NOT include liability coverage. In the event of a claim of the such, renter's OWN auto insurance carrier will need to be contacted and the claim processed through it. TRAILER/POP-UP RENTERS: Insurance is included with the price of a trailer or pop-up rental. The trailer/pop-up is insured for comprehensive and collision to the value of the trailer/pop-up. The deductible is $250 and Neff Brothers RV processes all claims. The renter is responsible for insuring his own vehicle he is towing with and Neff Brothers cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur to the renter's own vehicle. Insurance provided does NOT include liability coverage. In the event of a claim of the such, renter's OWN auto insurance carrier will need to be contacted and the claim processed through it. |
