| You will be assigned a "Check-In" time for return
of the unit. Failure to return unit at this time will result in overtime
charges per the contract. Upon return, a Neff Bros RV staff member
will inspect the entire motor coach for any potential damages incurred
to the coach while it was in your possession. Any new damage incurred
will be noted and a written estimate will be prepared by our service department.
Be sure you review and sign the "Check-In/Check-Out Sheet" at BOTH pick-up and drop-off of the vehicle. Signing the sheet at pick-up verifies you agree to knowledge of previous damage on unit and signing at drop-off verifies you agree to knowledge of new damage on unit. It is your responsibility to sign the "Check-In/Check-Out Sheets," not the responsibility of the Neff Bros RV staff. Failure to inspect and sign-off on "Check-In/Check-Out Sheet" at both pick-up and drop-off of unit, will result in Neff Bros RV determining ALL damage at its discretion for which you will be responsible. If you drop off a vehicle before or after our regular, printed business hours; or if you drop off a vehicle on a Sunday or a holiday when we are not available to check the vehicle in, you will be held responsible for any damages that may occur to the vehicle until we have the next available opportunity to check it in during regular business hours. Neff Brothers RV will NOT be held responsible for any damage that may occur to your personal auto, if it is left on the premises of NBRV during your rental period. You may choose to park in the outside lot or the fenced lot, but any damages that may occur to the vehicle at anytime will be your sole responsibility. Necessary repairs will be refunded without previous authorization up to $50. Repairs exceeding $50 need to be authorized previously to be refunded. The customer is responsible for checking engine oils, fluids and coolant levels at each refueling, as well as immediately reporting mechanical failures. Customers may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in vehicle operation or failure to provide normal maintenance. In the event the vehicle is in breakdown repair for 12 hours or more, through no fault of the customer, the final rental cost will be adjusted on a case-by-case basis. Radio, TV/VCR/DVD, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave and appliances, cruise control and generator malfunctions are not considered breakdowns and no refunds are available for repair time to these items. Neff Brothers RV is not responsible for hotel charges, car rental or any other incidental or consequential cost in the event of a breakdown. |
